摘要
在当今"理智型留学"逐步转变为"大众型留学"的时代,在留学归国人群激增的大环境里,出国对于高校学生具有哪些特殊的意义?吸引高校学生参与海外经历的因素有哪些?制约因素有哪些?这些因素对于高校培养国际化人才引发何种思考?该文作者以山东大学为例,通过采取网上调查问卷的方式,对山东大学的三千多名学生展开了调研,并对问卷结果进行归纳总结,从而分析出现阶段高校学生参与海外经历的动因,并对高校推进国际化人才培养进程提出思考和对策。
Studying abroad has gradually gained popularity and today the number of students studying abroad is huge and ever increasing. The question we are faced with is how to maximize the positive influences that contribute to a student’s development. To answer this question we need to identify what the positive factors are in attracting students to participate in study abroad programs. The same goes for the restrictive factors. What methods are most effective in educating international talents? By taking Shandong University as an example, the author surveyed more than 3,000 university students through a questionnaire. The author used an inductive summary method to analyze the motivation of university students presently studying abroad. In conclusion the author offers suggestions and ideas to universities on how to manage the process of educating internationalized talents.
