摘要
青年教师已成为高校教学任务的主要承担者,科学地评价其教学能力为后续有针对性的培养及全面提高高校人才培养质量具有十分重要的意义。项目组以延安大学为案例,应运大数据分析法从文献数据、过程数据、问卷数据等角度进行分析挖掘,给出了影响因素,建立了教学能力的评价模型。评价结果与青年教师教学能力的真实情况具有很好的一致性。
Young teachers have become the main undertakers of teaching tasks in Colleges and universities. It is of great significance to evaluate their teaching ability scientifically for the follow-up targeted training and overall improvement of the quality of talent training in Colleges and universities. Taking Yan’an University as an example, the project team analyzed and excavated the literature data, process data and questionnaire data by the data analysis method of Yunda University. The influencing factors were given, and the evaluation model of teaching ability was established. The evaluation results are in good agreement with the actual situation of young teachers’ teaching ability.
