摘要
目前,《三大构成》课程在各个专业都采用统一的教学大纲和授课计划,教学实施过程中每个班级所有学生的教学目标、授课内容、教学方法、考核方法等方面近乎相同,教学过程中,教师极少根据学生起始知识能力上的差异和特点进行个性化教学和辅导,对课程任务的差异性体现不足。因此在课程中系统、有效地进行分层教学改革势在必行。
At present, the Three Major Constituents course adopts a unified syllabus and teaching plan in all majors. In the process of teaching implementation, the teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods of all students in each class are almost the same. In the process of teaching, teachers seldom can according to students’ initial knowledge and ability. The differences and characteristics of individualized teaching and counseling do not reflect the difference of curriculum tasks. Therefore, it is imperative to systematically and effectively carry out hierarchical teaching reform in the curriculum.
