Research on the Reform and Optimization of Hebei's Higher Education Development Strategy under the Background of "Double First-Class"

促进实现"高等教育内涵式"发展是对高等教育建设的新要求。河北省高等教育教学质量和学科水平发展进入了快车道。然而,教育部公布了世界一流大学和一流学科建设高校及建设学科名单,河北省在全国处于明显劣势。课题组对此河北省高等教育存在的结构性矛盾进行深入调查研究,总结出河北省高等教育发展的结构性矛盾并从平台建设、评价体系、经费投入和学科专业布局四方面提出了改革优化建议。

Promoting the realization of 'connotative development of higher education' is a new requirement for the development of higher education. The development of higher education teaching quality and discipline level in Hebei has entered the fast lane. However, the Ministry of Education has published the list of world-class universities and first-class discipline construction universities and disciplines, and Hebei Province is at a significant disadvantage in the whole country. The research group made a thorough investigation and Study on the structural contradictions existing in Higher Education in Hebei Province, and put forward reform and optimization suggestions from four aspects: platform construction, evaluation system, investment and discipline and specialty layout.
