Discussion on the Collaborative Innovation System of Civil-military Integration

军民融合和科技创新成了我国的两大国家战略,构建军民融合协同创新体系在促进我国成为创新型国家、提高我国的国防科技创新能力等方面发挥了重要的作用。该文通过构建军民融合协同创新的基本框架,分析和研究当前军民融合的现状,提出了针对性的构建军民融合协同创新的措施,对统筹推进我国两大国家发展战略具有重要的意义。

Civil-military integration and scientific and technological innovation have become two national strategies of China, and the construction of a collaborative innovation system of civil-military integration has played an important role in promoting China to become an innovative country and improving China’s national defense scientific and technological innovation capacity. Through constructing the basic framework of civil-military integration collaborative innovation, this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of civil-military integration, and proposes targeted measures to construct civil-military integration collaborative innovation, which is of great significance for the overall promotion of China’s two major national development strategies.
