摘要 目前,高校教师拥有较高的社会地位,但若高校教师不幸负伤,大多数教师不知该如何维护自身权利,如何申请认定工伤。尤其是当他们的工作时间、工作地点和工作内容的不固定,往往影响工伤认定。同时,目前高校教师关于工伤的认识不到位,有些教师因工受伤确没有及时上报,错过一个月上报失效导致后续报销及待遇受损,影响切身利益。 At present,university teachers have a higher social status,but if university teachers are unfortunately injured,most teachers do not know how to protect their rights, how to apply for employment injury.Especially when their working hours,workplace and work content are not fixed,often affect the identification of injuries.At the same time,at present,teachers in colleges and universities do not know the work injury in place,some teachers do not report it in time because of the injury,and the failure of missing one month report will result in the subsequent reimbursement and the damage of the treatment,which will affect the vital interests of the teachers.
