Build the Aid Model for Entrepreneurial Failure College Students

在大众创业万众创新政策引导下,大学生创业率升高,但失败率也很高,这引发社会各界的广泛关注。该研究以Cannon、Edmondson、Cope等学者在创业失败学习的理论研究为基础,关注McGrath强调的在失败中学习,希望探索出有助于大学生创业失败后能快速从失败中恢复甚至再次创业的援助机制。通过对12位创业失败在校大学生的深度访谈,研究分析后构建了心理、财务和信息三方面的援助模型,证实了大学生创业失败者对十二个维度援助的需求,为高校共青团创新创业工作的开展及高校创新创业服务支持提供理论依据。

Under the background of 'mass entrepreneurship and innovation', the rate of starting a business is upgrading about colleges students, but the failure rate is also high, this situation makes extensive attention in community.The base of our study is theoretical research Cannon, Edmondson, Cope had studied in learning-from-failure. McGrath emphasized learning from failure, and we hope to find aid mechanism to help college students recover in failure even start a business again. Via the depth interviews to entrepreneurial failure 12 college students, and after studying and analyzing we build the aid model in psychology, finance and information to confirm that entrepreneurial failure college students need aids in twelve aspects and to provide theoretical basis for Communist Youth League in colleges and universities to start innovation and entrepreneurship work and service support.
