摘要
"双元制"是德国职业教育模式,职业培训整个过程在工厂或企业、职业学校或跨企业培训中心交替进行。苏州健雄职业技术学院引进"双元制"并积极实践该理念的"本土化"教学,国际贸易商实务专业响应学校号召,努力探索外贸及最新的跨境电商行业校企合作路径,通过共同研讨人才培养方案、增加实训教学、建立推广运行跨企业培训中心等对策,深入产教融合,培养企业需要的人才。
“Dual System”is German vocational training mode with training in both school and enterprise. Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology adopts this system into its educational innovation and promotes a study on cooperation between school and enterprise of International Trade Major. The strategies are to work out the position taskbased curriculum design, to increase practical training and to establish cross-enterprise training center.
