摘要
基于德国应用科技大学(Fachhochschule,FH)的创新创业人才培养现状及教育特点,对德国FH创新创业的组织体系、生态环境、人才培养范式、国际化战略等内容进行了探讨,以期对国内高校培养创新创业人才起到一定的启示、借鉴作用。
Based on the current situation and educational characteristics of innovative entrepreneurship talents training in Fachhochschule (FH), this paper probes into the organizational system, ecological environment, talent training paradigm and internationalization strategy of innovative entrepreneurship in FH, with a view to playing a certain role in cultivating innovative entrepreneurship talents in domestic universities.
