高校教学督导工作作为高校实现自我管理、自我监督、自我约束、自我改进从而保障教学质量的基本教学管理制度,在高校建设中起着非常重要的作用。现代高校教学督导工作更是提高教学质量的重要手段。该文主要对现在教学督导工作中存在的问题进行了分析和反思,并且提出了相关的改革创新建议。

As a basic teaching management system for colleges and universities to realize self-management, selfsupervision, self-restraint and self-improvement so as to guarantee teaching quality, teaching supervision plays a very important role in the construction of colleges and universities. Teaching supervision in modern universities is an important means to improve teaching quality.This paper mainly analyzes and reflects on the problems existing in the current teaching supervision work, and puts forward some Suggestions for improvement.
