The Construction of Normal University Practical Teaching Management Mode with Ability-Orientation as the Goal

摘要 加强师范生教育教学能力的培养,离不开师范专业各种实践教学活动的有效开展。加强师范专业实践教学管理,注重实践环节各要素的协同与组织,是有效促进师范生教育教学能力形成的手段。高校师范专业加强师范生自我教育教学能力反思与培养意识,注重实践教学环节的实施管理,提高高校教师的教育教学示范作用和责任意识,注重实践基地建设与开设教育研究科研平台,从以上实践环节要素着手,加强管理,势必能对师范生教育教学能力提升取得一定效果。 Strengthening the cultivation of educational and teaching ability of normal university students is inseparable from the effective development of various practical teaching activities of normal university majors. It is an effective means to promote the formation of educational and teaching ability of normal university students by strengthening the practical teaching management of normal majors and paying attention to the coordination and organization of various elements of the practical links. Normal university majors should strengthen students’ abilities of self-education and self-teaching, enhance self-reflection and consciousness cultivation, pay attention to the implementation of practical teaching management, improve the college teachers’ teaching demonstration role and consciousness of responsibility and pay attention to the construction of practical base and educational scientific research platform, by which normal university students’ educational and teaching ability promotion is bound to achieve a certain effect.
