境外创造力教育新特征探析

An Analysis of the New Features of Foreign Creativity Education

摘要 国际人才竞争已不再是单纯的知识较量,创造力的开发正被摆在前所未有的突出位置上。文章首先针对国外创造力教育新现象进行了分析,如波兰的"创意教师"提法,哈萨克斯坦的"未来教师培养计划"等;其次在国外创造力教育现状基础上对其新特点进行了概括,国外创造力教育发生了从重视儿童教育到兼顾成人教育,从强调个体因素到重视教师培训,从单一形式的课堂到形式多样的课程改革的变化;最后总结了各国创造力教育发展现状给中国带来的启示,即加强大学生双创教育,完善高校双创教育师资队伍建设,以及实施基于受教育者的兴趣的创造力教育分层教学。 At present, international talent competition is no longer a mere contest of knowledge, and the development of creativity is being placed in an unprecedented prominent position. Firstly, this paper analyzes the new education phenomenon in foreign countries, such as "creative teacher" in Poland, "future teacher training plan" in kazakstan, etc.;Secondly, in summing up the creativity education abroad ,summarized to its new characteristics, think creativity education abroad from the emphasis on children's education to adult education, give attention to two or more things to attach importance to teachers' training from the emphasis on individual factors, from a single form of classroom to various forms of curriculum reform;Finally, the paper draws inspiration from the development of education, that is to strengthen the double innovation education of college students, improve the construction of the university double innovation education teaching team, and implement the creative education teaching based on the interest of the educated.
