摘要
大学生财商教育和创新创业教育之间存在着的天然的联系,现有教育体系无法深度融合财商知识与创新创业人才培养目标,基于创业过程理论模型探求财商教育与创新创业教育融合教育优化路径可为人才培养实践提供理论参考,从针对创业准备的财商知识普及型教育、针对创业企业设立阶段的财商实训实践设计、针对新创企业管理阶段的财商教育资源引入三个方面入手有助于学生对通常来说混乱和不可预测的创业过程形成全面而深刻的理解。
There is a natural connection between financial education and innovative entrepreneurship education for college students. The existing education system can not deeply integrate financial knowledge and Innovative Entrepreneurship Talent Training objectives. Based on the theoretical model of entrepreneurship process, exploring the optimal path of financial education and innovative entrepreneurship education can provide theoretical reference for talent training practice, and from the perspective of financial knowledge popularization for entrepreneurship preparation.It is helpful for students to have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the usually chaotic and unpredictable entrepreneurship process from three aspects: transitional education, practical design of financial and business training in the establishment stage of start-up enterprises, and introduction of financial and business education resources in the management stage of start-up enterprises.
