摘要
目前高校行政管理队伍建设存在领导层面对行政管理人员重要性认识不到位,缺乏统一规划;管理人员结构不合理,学历较高但与工作岗位要求不匹配等问题。需要从重视顶层设计和规划,夯实行政管理人员队伍发展的基础;合理优化配置高校管理队伍结构,打造一支配合良好、工作能力强大的管理队伍等路径进行改进。
At present, there is a lack of understanding of the importance of administrative personnel by the leadership in the construction of administrative management team, lack of unified planning;Management personnel structure is unreasonable, higher education but does not match the requirements of the job and other issues;It is necessary to attach importance to top-level design and planning to consolidate the foundation for the development of administrative personnel team;The management team structure of colleges and universities should be rationally optimized to build a management team with good coordination and strong working ability for improvement.
