摘要
"营养改善计划"是我国为促进教育起点公平在基础教育扶贫领域制定的一项营养改善政策,政策实施以来试点地区学生在营养状况、身高方面有了明显改善,但是在实施过程中也面临膳食配失衡、食育教育缺乏、资金配套不足、独立监管缺位等问题,即从营养效益、教育效益、经济效益、监管效益四方面对"营养改善计划"进行分析并给可行性建议。
"Nutrition Improvement Plan" is a nutrition improvement policy in the field of poverty alleviation in basic education in order to promote education starting point equity in China.Since its implementation,the nutritional status and height of students in pilot areas have improved significantly.However,in the process of implementation, there are also some problems,such as unbalanced dietary allocation,lack of education,lack of financial support and lack of independent supervision.This paper analyses the nutrition improvement plan from four aspects: nutrition benefit,education benefit, economic benefit and supervision benefit,and gives feasible suggestions.
