摘要
当前学术能力质量观深深影响着我国MTA人才培养模式的设计。但是,MTA人才培养必须以实践应用为导向,以提升学生实践应用能力为核心。因而,我国各大院校有必要遵从应用能力质量观进行MTA人才培养模式的重构:重新设定与应用型专业相匹配的培养目标,改革和创新MTA人才培养路径,进行培养方案的改革与创新,强化应用型教师队伍建设。
The current quality concept of academic ability has a profound impact on the design of MTA talent training mode in China. However, MTA talent training must be oriented by practical application and centered on improving students' practical application ability. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities in China to follow the quality concept of applied ability to reconstruct the training mode of MTA talents: to reset the training objectives matching with application-oriented majors, to reform and innovate the training paths of MTA talents, to carry out the reform and innovation of training programs, and to strengthen the construction of application-oriented teachers.
