公益创业视角下的大学生创新创业能力培养构建分析

在现阶段,经济发展越来越快速,社会也在不断地进步和发展,但是就业问题却越来越严重,大学生毕业后仍然面临着就业困难的问题。就业对于大学毕业生来说,仍然有一定的压力。针对这一点,我国提出了相应的对策,鼓励大学生进行自主创业,提前做好职业生涯的规划,减少就业带来的压力,在职业生涯规划的基础上,推动和鼓励大学生进行创业就业。这样既改善了大学生就业难的问题,还提高了大学生的综合能力和综合素养。大学生的创新创业能力是支撑高校公益创业教育的根本和保障,在高校创新创业教育中,为学生制定明确的教育目标和学习计划是保证创新创业教育的前提。该文首先对高校公益创业教育理念进行了简单的介绍,然后对公益创意在大学生创新创业中的重要性进行了分析,最后对公益创业视角下的大学生创新创业能力培养进行了研究。

At this stage, the economic development is more and more rapid, and the society is constantly progressing and developing, but the employment problem is becoming more and more serious, and college students are still facing employment difficulties after graduation. Employment for college graduates, there is still some pressure. In view of this, China has put forward corresponding countermeasures to encourage college students to start their own businesses, plan their careers well in advance, reduce the pressure of employment, and promote and encourage college students to start their own businesses on the basis of career planning. This not only improves the difficult employment of College students, but also improves the comprehensive ability and quality of College students. College students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability is the foundation and guarantee to support the public service entrepreneurship education. In the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, it is the premise to ensure the innovation and entrepreneurship education to formulate clear educational objectives and learning plans for students. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the concept of public entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, then analyses the importance of public entrepreneurship in college students'innovation and entrepreneurship, and finally studies the cultivation of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability from the perspective of public entrepreneurship.
