A Study on Cultivation of Innovative Talents under the Background of MOOC

摘要 MOOC平台的运用,有助于对创新型人才形成兴趣的保护、能力的提升、需求的满足、价值的引领、视野的开阔。充分利用MOOC平台优势,可以进一步整合资源、优化机制、加强考核,促进创新型人才成长。 The application of MOOC platform helps to protect the interest of innovative talents, enhance their abilities, meet their needs, guide their values and open up their horizons. Making full use of the advantages of MOOC platform can further integrate resources, optimize mechanisms, strengthen assessment, and promote the growth of innovative talents.
