摘要
《职业生涯规划》课程作为一门必修的德育公共课,如何更好地引导中职生人岗匹配的职业选择,以及通过规划求得职业发展,该课程对职业学校的学生来说具有重要的意义。该文主要从课程教学团队建设、课程体系构建、教学方法改革和课程拓展等方面进行建设创新路径的探索。
Career Planning is a compulsory public course of moral education. It is of great significance to vocational school students how to better guide their career choices and achieve career development through planning. This paper mainly explores the innovative path of curriculum construction from the aspects of teaching team construction, curriculum system construction, teaching method reform and curriculum development.
