Path and Strategy of Cultivating Technology-based Talents in Vocational Colleges

中国特色社会主义新时代,我国经济进入高质量发展阶段,产业升级和经济结构调整不断加快,各行各业对人才的需求提出了更高的要求,需要大量的高素质技术技能型人才。为此,怎样有效地培养出高素质的技术技能型人才,是高职院校亟须解决的重要问题。高职院校作为我国专业技术技能型人才培养的重要基地,肩负着为经济社会发展培养高素质人才的使命,这也是高职教育的主要职责。在新时代下,随着社会的不断进步,教育应紧随时代的步伐而变革。随着高职教育的规模扩大,高职教育体系也需相应的完善,以符合新时代经济发展的要求。当前,高职院校需更新办学理念,完善专业结构,科学设置课程,强化师资队伍建设,革新办学模式,以培养更多的高素质技术技能型人才。

China’s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development in new era of Chinese-style socialism. The adjustment of industry structure and economy structure has been continuously accelerated. Every walk of life has put forward higher requirements for talents. A mass of high-quality technology-based talents are in need. In this case, how to cultivate high-quality technology-based talents effectively is an urgent problem for vocational colleges. As a leading base for cultivating high-quality technology-based talents, vocational colleges have to undertake this heavy responsibility and duty. In new era, with the development of the society, education should follow the pace of the times and be reformed. With the scale expansion of vocational college, the vocational education system should be perfected to meet the requirement of the development of the economy. At present, vocational colleges should renew philosophy of schooling, complete structure of major, scientize syllabus design, intensify teaching staff construction and reform schoolrunning pattern in order to cultivate high-quality technology-based talents as much as possible.
