非正式学习视角下高职学生创新创业能力培育的影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Higher Vocational Students from the Perspective of Informal Learning

新形势下,如何提升高职院校学生的创新创业能力,成为很多高职院校教学改革的主攻方向。该文从非正式学习视角出发,分析当前非正式学习视角下高职学生创新创业能力培育现状,通过政府、社会、学校和学生四个层面研究非正式学习视角下高职学生创新创业能力培育的影响因素,提出非正式学习视角下高职学生创新创业能力培育途径。

Under the new situation, how to improve students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has become the main direction of teaching reform in many higher vocational colleges. First of all, based on the perspective of informal learning, this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational students, and then it studies the influence factors of the cultivation from four aspects, namely, government, society, schools and students. At last, the cultivate methods are suggested to improve students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability from the perspective of informal learning.
