党的十八届五中全会提出五大发展理念,创新发展理念居于首位。创新发展给大学生职业生涯规划教育带来了机遇与挑战。坚持创新发展理念有利于明确大学生职业生涯规划教育的目的性,有利于增强大学生职业生涯规划教育的吸引力和感染力,有利于增强大学生职业生涯规划教育的实效性。在当前条件下,要更新大学生职业生涯规划教育的工作理念,拓展大学生职业生涯规划教育的工作内容与形式,创新大学生职业生涯规划教育的工作载体,以创新发展理念引领大学生职业生涯规划教育创新发展。

The 18th Plenary Session of the Party proposed five major development concepts and the concept of innovation development was the first place. Innovative development has brought opportunities and challenges to career planning education for college students. Adhere to the concept of innovation development is conducive to clarifying the purpose of career planning education for college students, which is conducive to enhancing the attractiveness and contagion of career planning education for undergraduates, and helps to enhance the effectiveness of career planning education for undergraduates. Under the current conditions, we should update the work concept of career planning education for college students, expand the content and form of career planning education for college students, innovate the working carrier of career planning education for college students, and lead the innovation development of college students’ career planning education with the innovative development concept.
