摘要
该文探讨了学校社团开展过程中如何运用"翻转课堂"模式创新教育观念、改进教育方法,通过教师和学生主体地位的反转,实现课堂的双向沟通。"翻转"即"反转",反转意味着教师更多的是引领而不是灌输,是启发而不是强制。反转意味着学生更多的是参与而不是接受;是展示而不是倾听。翻转课堂模式在社团活动中的应用,激发了学习兴趣、挖掘了学生的潜能、锻炼了学生的能力、培养了他们的特长。使社团活动充满乐趣和生机,让社团活动成为学生学习的快乐园地,实现建构知识、提升能力、启迪智慧的价值追求,真正为学生未来的生存与发展奠基。
This paper discusses how to use the 'flip classroom' model to innovate education concept and improve education methods in the process of developing school associations, so as to realize the two-way communication in the classroom through the reversal of teachers’ and students’ principal positions.'Reversal' means 'reversal'. Reversal means that teachers are more guided than indoctrinated;it is inspiration rather than coercion. Inversion means that students are more involved than receptive;they are showing rather than listening. The application of flipped classroom model in community activities stimulates learning interest, taps students’ potential, exercises students’ abilities and trains their specialties. Make the community activities full of fun and vitality, make the community activities a happy place for students to learn, realize the value pursuit of building knowledge, enhancing ability and enlightening wisdom, and truly lay the foundation for students’ future survival and development.
