新时代,创新创业型人才培养是高校的使命与目标,而"以本为本"理念着重解决本科教育中存在的思想误区,对于创新创业型人才培养模式具有重要指引。因此,针对部分高校教育理念相对滞后、教育教学机制相对缺失、教师能力比较薄弱和学生学习能力比较脆弱等特点,提出要借鉴国外先进理念和本土经验,构建科学的人才培养模式;坚持产教相融,加强校企政合作,构建创新创业型人才培养的体系;建设特色化课程体系,构建创新创业人才培养实践教学的体系;加强师资队伍建设,构建优质的创新创业教师队伍。

In the new era, the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is the mission and goal of colleges and universities, and the concept of 'based on this' focuses on solving the ideological misunderstandings in undergraduate education, which has important guidelines for the training model of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Therefore, according to the characteristics of some colleges and universities, such as relatively lagging education concepts, relatively missing education and teaching mechanisms, weak teachers’ ability and weak students’ learning ability,it is proposed to draw on foreign advanced ideas and local experience to build a scientific talent training model;Adhere to the integration of production and education, strengthen cooperation between schools, enterprises and government, and build a system for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents;Construct the characteristic course system, construct the practice teaching system of innovation and entrepreneurship;We will strengthen the construction of teachers and build a high-quality team of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers.
