摘要
作为我国高等教育体系的一个类别,高职教育有其自身的特征和发展规律。建设特色高水平职业院校,离不开一支高素质专业化的教师队伍。该文以教师专业发展的阶段性理论为指导,在综合分析分析高职院校各职业阶段教师发展特点及发展需求等因素的基础上,提出了相关教师发展策略,以期推动高职院校教师专业化发展和人才培养质量的提升。
As a category of China Higher Education system, higher vocational college has its unique pattern and characteristic. High qualified and professional teachers are necessary to a high level vocational college. Guided with theory of teacher professional development stage, this article analyzes teachers’ demand of different development stage and presents relevant development strategy with the expectation of improving teachers’ professional development and talents’ cultivating quality.
