应用型本科院校深化双创教育改革方案探究——以黑龙江东方学院为例

随着国家提出大众创业,万众创新的要求,作为民办院校深化教育综合改革,激发学校学生创新创业热情,全面践行国家大众创业、万众创新的战略已成为趋势,黑龙江东方学院为了创建应用技术大学,一直以"应用性、职业型、开放式"作为人才培养模式,贯穿在本科教学改革的全过程,在完善本科生知识结构、能力基础方面,突出就业为导向,在课程中融入创新创业教育和职业核心素养课程体系,强化学生实践动手能力,为增强学生就业竞争力奠定了基础。学校将深化创新创业教育改革作为推进教育教学综合改革的突破口,树立先进的创新创业教育理念,以提升学生的社会责任感、创新精神和创业能力为核心,以改革人才培养模式和课程体系为重点,以落实大学生创新创业引领计划为目标,将创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程,大力推进学校创新创业教育工作,全面提高学校学生创新创业能力和人才培养质量。

As the state puts forward the requirements of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, it has become a trend for private institutions to deepen the comprehensive reform of education, stimulate students ’enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship, and fully implement the strategy of national mass entrepreneurship and innovation.In order to establish the University of Applied Technology, Heilongjiang Oriental University has always used 'applied, occupational, and open' as a talent training model. It runs through the entire process of undergraduate teaching reform, and focuses on employment orientation in improving the undergraduate knowledge structure and ability foundation. The course system of innovative entrepreneurship education and vocational core accomplishment is integrated into the curriculum, and students ’practical and hands-on ability is strengthened, laying a foundation for enhancing students’ competitiveness in employment. The school will deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education as a breakthrough to advance the comprehensive reform of education and teaching, establish an advanced concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, take the enhancement of students ’social responsibility, innovation spirit and entrepreneurial ability as the core, and focus on reforming the training model for talents and the curriculum system. With the goal of implementing the innovation and entrepreneurship leadership plan for college students, we will integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the entire process of talent training, vigorously promote innovation and entrepreneurship education in schools, and comprehensively improve the innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of school students and the quality of talent training.
