"产教融合"背景下的现代学徒制是新时代习近平中国特色社会主义思想在职业教育领域的具体实践。现代学徒制的内涵包括两个核心要素,一个是以"产教融合"和"双师育人"为内核的工学结合人才培养模式,一个是以联合招生、联合培养、联合管理为表征的校企合作管理体制。解决好现代学徒制发展过程中遇到的困境,围绕"产教融合"不断完善人才培养模式,对行业人才培养具有重要的意义。

The modern apprenticeship system under the background of 'integration of labor and education' is the specific practice of Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the field of vocational education in the new era. The connotation of the modern apprenticeship system includes two core elements. One is the combination of engineering and personnel training mode with the 'integration of labor and education' and 'double teacher education' as the core. One is a cooperative management system characterized by joint enrollment, joint training, and joint management. It is of great significance to solve the difficulties encountered in the development of modern apprenticeship system and to improve the training mode of talents around the 'integration of labor and education'.
