Review on Theoretical Research of Teachers' Professional Development Stage

摘要 教师的专业发展是一个多层面、多维度的系统化过程,是教师探寻职业发展的必由之路,也是深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的必然要求。深刻理解教师专业发展的内涵意义,解读当前教师专业发展的主要理论成果,有助于我们全面认识教师价值,不断提升教师专业素质能力。 Teachers’ professional development is a multi-faceted and multi-dimensional systematic process, which is the only way for teachers to explore professional development, and also the inevitable requirement for deepening education reform and promoting quality education in an all-round way. A deep understanding of the connotation of teachers’ professional development and the main theoretical achievements will help us fully understand teachers prior value and continuously improve the professional quality and ability of teachers.
