网络背景下病原生物学虚拟实验教学方法初探

摘要 虚拟实验教学是高等教育信息化建设的重要内容。同时随着网络技术的快速发展和普及,人们可以通过网络随时随地进行学习。将虚拟实验与网络教学结合在一起应用于实验教学,不仅可拓展由于实验室生物安全、经费和场地设施紧张等问题而不能开设的实验项目,还可以帮助学生做到随时随地学习,以便更好地掌握实验内容,强化学生实验基本技能,提高学生学习兴趣,在实验教学中发挥重要作用。根据微生物实验的特点,我们使用Microsoft PowerPoint软件制作了"肠道病原菌的接种鉴定"等一系列病原生物学虚拟实验,并将其放置网络。我们希望通过生动的动画和即时的人机反馈,给学生更加直观的实验体验,使学生能够更好地掌握医学微生物实验的整体流程以及实验操作的重点和难点。 Virtual experiment teaching is an important part of higher education information construction.At the same time,with the rapid development and popularization of network technology,people can learn anytime and anywhere through the network.Combining virtual experiment and network teaching into experimental teaching can not only expand the experimental projects that cannot be opened due to problems such as laboratory biosafety,funding and venue facilities, but also help students to learn anytime and anywhere,so as to better Master the experimental content,strengthen the basic skills of students’ experiments,improve students’ interest in learning,and play an important role in experimental teaching. According to the characteristics of microbial experiments,we used Microsoft PowerPoint software to create a series of pathogenic biological virtual experiments such as 'inoculation identification of intestinal pathogens'and placed them on the network.We hope to provide students with a more intuitive experimental experience through vivid animation and instant human-machine feedback,so that students can better grasp the overall process of medical microbiology experiments and the key points and difficulties of experimental operation.
