当代大学生对自己未来职业的定位并不够清晰,不能够准确地把握自己命运的脉络。高校通过为学生设立就业创业基金、开展大学生职业规划、开设创业课堂,开拓企事业单位实践基地,实行弹性学年制度等措施来激励大学生创新创业,使大学生能够发挥自己的能力,真正的学有所用。

Contemporary college students are not clear enough about their future career orientation and can not accurately grasp the context of their own destiny. Colleges and universities encourage college students to innovate and start businesses by setting up employment and entrepreneurship funds for students, carrying out career planning for college students, setting up entrepreneurship classes, opening up practice bases of enterprises and institutions, and implementing flexible school year system, so as to enable college students to develop their abilities and make real learning useful.
