摘要
产教融合是我国高等职业教育的主要人才培养模式,也是现代职业教育发展的大势所趋。该文分析了产教融合背景下高职院校创新创业教育存在的问题:与社会需求脱节;"专创"融合度不够;"双师型"教师不足。并提出了产教融合背景下高职院校创新创业教育新机制的思考。
Industry-education integration is the main talent training mode of higher vocational education in China and the general trend of the development of modern vocational education. This paper analyzes the problems existing in innovative entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges under the background of integration of industry and education: disconnection with social needs, insufficient integration of 'special creation' and 'double qualified' teachers.And put forward the new mechanism of innovative entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges under the background of industry-education integration.
