创新创业教育实践的探索与研究——以天津工业大学为例

Exploration and Research on the Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education——A Case Study of Tianjin Polytechnic University

在李克强总理提出"大众创业、万众创新"的发展理念下,2015年5月,国务院办公厅印发《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》,强调创新创业要"面向全体"和"融入人才培养体系"。高校作为创新创业人才培育最大的"孵化基地",依托优势学科和教育资源,创新创业人才培养是提升我国大学生创新能力的关键环节。近年来,该校结合实际,以专业结合、强化实践为特色,以创新创业项目和活动为载体,以创新人才培养机制为重点,以完善条件和政策保障为支撑,深化创新创业教育改革。

Since Premier Li Keqiang proposed 'mass entrepreneurship and innovation',at May 2015,General Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China promulgated Opinions on Deepening The Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Institutions of Higher Learning,emphasized that innovation and entrepreneurship should be 'for all' and 'integrated into the talent training system'.As the largest 'incubation base' ——(maker space) for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,universities rely on advantageous disciplines and educational resources,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is the key link to improve the innovation ability of Chinese university students.In recent years,TJPU has deepened the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform based on the reality,specialty combination and practice enhancement,innovation and entrepreneurship projects and activities as the carrier,innovative talent training mechanism as the focus,and improved conditions and policy guarantee as the support.
