民办高校产教融合人才培养的实施策略

Implementing Strategies of Industry-education Integration Personnel Training in Private University

民办本科高校具有区域性、应用性等显著特征,如何以社会需求为导向,通过产教融合的方式培养高素质应用型人才是当前摆在民办高校面前的头等大事。该文从教学理念、培养模式、师资建设、评估体系和保障体系五个方面对基于产教融合的应用型人才培养实施策略进行研究。

Private colleges and universities have obvious characteristics of regionality and application. The high quality of application-oriented talents through the integration of production and education is the top priority for them guided by social needs. In this paper, the implementation strategies of applied talents training based on the integration of industry and education were studied from five aspects, such as teaching concept, training mode, teacher construction,evaluation system and guarantee system.
