摘要
基于创新人才培养的大学管理,指的就是以获取知识为基础,以开发智能为手段,以发展能力为核心,以提升人才的综合素质作为高校人才培养的范式。在基于创新人才培养的大学管理模式下,通过对教学管理机制的改革和对教学主体的权责调整实现高等教育的目标。基于创新人才培养的大学管理模式,能够为破除高校创新人才培养乏力的现状提供有效的解决方法,为我国高校发展困境的破解给出了有益的启示。
University management based on the cultivation of innovative talents refers to the acquisition of knowledge, the development of intelligence as a means, the development of capabilities as the core, and the promotion of the comprehensive quality of talents as a paradigm for the training of talents in universities. Under the model of university management based on the cultivation of innovative talents, the goal of higher education is realized through the reform of the teaching management mechanism and the adjustment of the rights and responsibilities of teaching subjects. The university management model based on innovative talents training can provide an effective solution to break the current situation of weak innovative talents training in colleges and universities.
