以组织变革引领高职院校创新创业教育改革的策略选择 被引量:1

Strategic Choices in Leading Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational Colleges by Organizational Change

摘要 高职院校创新创业教育改革需要领导者顶层设计、系统推进。从完善内部治理结构出发,运用组织变革理论,对高职院校组织进行再设计,以提升组织效能,彻底解决当前组织目标模糊、管理体制不顺、制度供给不足和组织文化缺失等问题。依据组织变革理论,需要高职院校在战略目标、组织结构、管理体制、制度创新、人员变革、学校文化、组织领导等方面弃旧图新,顺势变革与创新,以突破组织困境,这是深化创新创业教育改革的关键,也是精准施策,加快推进创新创业教育改革的着力点。 Leaders of vocational colleges need top-level design and push forward systematically in Innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.Starting from improving the internal structure and applying the theory of organizational change,this paper redesigns the organization of higher vocational colleges in order to increase organizational efficiency and thoroughly solve the current problems on vague organizational goals,unsmooth management system,insufficient institutional supply and lack of organizational culture.According to the theory of organizational change,higher vocational colleges need to replace the old with the new and make reforms in strategic objectives,organizational structure,management system,system innovation,personnel change,school culture,organizational leadership and so on to break through the organizational dilemma.This is the key to deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,and is also the focus of precise policy implementation and pushing forward the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.
