试论内涵式发展背景下的地方高校创新发展与实践

On the Innovative Development and Practice of Local Universities in the Context of Connotative Development

随着人口老龄化、高等教育大众化和经济转型升级的深入发展,地方高校的发展环境、生源数量、社会定位等发生了深刻变化,传统的外延式发展模式已不适应地方高校发展需要。但是许多地方高校并未及时调整办学理念、发展模式等,导致学校的教育教学质量、人才培养模式、学校内部管理、教学科研能力等不能适应时代发展要求。为此,应当以人才培养、科研活动、服务社会、传承文化等为主要内容,以整合教育资源、建构人才培养模式、优化专业及课程设置等为方法策略,推动地方高校的内涵式发展。

With the aging of the population,the popularization of higher education and the in-depth development of economic transformation and upgrading,the development environment,the number of students and the social positioning of local colleges and universities have undergone profound changes,which make the traditional extensional development mode can not adapt to the development needs of local colleges and universities.However,many local colleges and universities have not adjusted their school-running philosophy and development mode in time,so that the quality of education and teaching,talent training mode,internal management and teaching and scientific research ability of the school cannot meet the requirements of the times.Therefore,we should take talent cultivation,scientific research activities,serving the society and inheriting culture as the main content,and integrate educational resources,construct talent cultivation mode and optimize specialty and curriculum as the methods and strategies to promote the connotation development of local colleges and universities.
