Exploration and Practice of Applied Talents Training Mode Based on Reverse Teaching——Take Huanghe University of Science and Technology as an Example

黄河科技学院作为我国较早成立的民办本科高校,多年来坚持社会主义方向,为社会培养了一大批有用人才。在深入贯彻落实新时期会议精神的基础上,不断探索育人模式的改革与创新。该文主要以"逆向教学设计"为切入点,由点及面,多维展示,趟出了一条应用型人才培养模式的新路径,为同类兄弟院校提供了较有价值的参考案例。

Yellow river science and technology college,as a private undergraduate college established earlier in China,has maintained the direction of socialism for many years and trained a large number of useful talents for the society.On the basis of implementing the spirit of the conference in the new period,we will constantly explore the reform and innovation of the model of education.This article mainly takes the'reverse teaching design'as the entry point,from the point and the face,multi-dimensional display,out of a new path of the applied talent training model,which provides a more valuable reference case for similar brother colleges and universities.
