The Psychological Health Promotion and Intervention Strategies of College Teachers from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要 高校教师承担教学科研双重任务压力,成为职业心理健康服务的重点人群。在高校教师职业心理健康服务中,结合积极心理理念,开展心理健康教育和团体活动,导入高校教师的EAP计划,全面开展积极导向的教师心理健康援助服务,以激发教师的积极潜能,建立积极心态,提升职业幸福感,提高工作积极性和主动性,完善自我。 University teachers bear the dual task of teaching and research,become the focus of the crowd occupation mental health services in mental health service occupation teachers in Colleges and universities,combined with the concept of positive psychology,to carry out mental health education and group activities into college teachers EAP plan,teachers’mental health aid services to carry out a comprehensive positive guidance,to actively stimulate potential teachers,establish a positive attitude,enhance occupation happiness,improve work enthusiasm and initiative.
