摘要
培养科技创新人才是高等教育改革的主要目标之一,创建综合性创新平台和创新团队的建设是培养人才的有效载体和形式。该文从可持续性角度出发,提出建设综合性创新平台和创新团队,进一步促进高校对创新人才综合能力的培养。
The one of the main goals of higher education reform is cultivating innovative talents.The establishment of a comprehensive innovation platform is an effective carrier and the construction of innovation teams is a training form for bringing up innovative talents.In this paper,from the perspective of sustainability,the proposed construction of comprehensive innovation platform and innovation teams can further promote the comprehensive ability of innovative talents in colleges and universities.
