摘要
为了支持大学生自主创业,近年来高校纷纷成立各类创业投资基金,同时也面临着运作不完善、市场化程度不高、投资绩效欠佳等问题。基于当前高校创业投资基金现状的研究,并通过与Yozma基金运作模式的比较分析,该文提出了政校企共建共赢的发展理念,探索了与社会深度融合的市场化运作新模式,建立了多元融合的专业化管理新机制。
To support college students to start their own businesses,various venture capital funds have been set up in Colleges and Universities in recent years.Meanwhile,it also faces such problems as imperfect operation,low degree of marketization and poor investment performance.Based on the research of current situation of these funds and comparative analysis of the operation modes of Yozma Fund,This paper puts forward the concept of win-win development between government,school and enterprise,explores a new market operation mode of deep integration with society,and establishes a new specialized management mechanism of multi-integration.
