审核评估背景下高校教学质量体系变革研究

Research on the Change of Teaching Quality System in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Audit and Assessment

中国高等教育经过20世纪的规模发展,进入21世纪必须以教学质量发展为主题,以教学质量提高作为首要目标。审核评估作为高等教育评估制度之一,为健全高校教学质量监控体系开拓了新的思路和角度,其中质量体系建设的有效度对质量体系保障具有重要作用,以落实高校办学自主权,推进人才个性化培养为目标。从教育实践出发,转变高等学校教学质量体系可以更好地发挥审核评估的时效性,对教学质量保障体系建设,教育质量提高具有促进作用。

After the scale development in the 20th century,China's higher education must take the development of teaching quality as its theme and the improvement of teaching quality as its primary goal in the 21st century.As one of the evaluation systems of higher education,auditing and evaluation has opened up new ideas and perspectives for improving the monitoring system of teaching quality in Colleges and universities.Among them,the effectiveness of quality system construction plays an important role in ensuring the quality system,aiming at implementing the autonomy of running a university and promoting the personalized training of talents.From the perspective of educational practice,the transformation of teaching quality system in Colleges and universities can give better play to the timeliness of auditing and evaluation,and promote the construction of teaching quality assurance system and the improvement of education quality.
