摘要
该文采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对高校应用型人才的创新创业教育展开评价分析,根据设定的具体指标权重进行综合分析,充分考察应用型转变背景下高校创新创业教育贯穿人才培养的不同层次间和层次内部的相互关联关系,科学合理整理出影响人才培养质量的主要因素,从而制订长远有效的人才培养规划,提升人才培养的高度,满足社会发展对应用型人才的需求。
This article adopts AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate and analyze the innovation and entrepreneurship education of applied talents in colleges,comprehensively analyze based on the set specific indicator weights,fully examine the inter-relationship between different levels and within levels throughout the talent development process in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges under the background of application-oriented transformation,scientifically and rationally sort out the main factors affecting the quality of personnel training,then We can formulate enduring and effective talent training plans,promote the level of talent training,and meet the demand for applied talents with the development of the society.
