“大思政”视域下高校思政队伍融合的研究

在"大思政"视域下,要实现全员育人、全方位育人,高校思政队伍就应打破各自为政的局面,进行融合。文章从"融合"的含义出发,阐述目前高校思政队伍的融合现状,分析"人员"融合、"工作"融合两种融合模式,提出以"课程思政"为核心、以"学生社团"为载体、以"共建育人项目"为导向三种融合途径。
