摘要
该研究尝试在独立学院中选取两个同类型班级作为实验对象,设立实验组和对照组,对实验组进行为期一个学年的持续性素质拓展训练,对照组不做任何干预,在实验前后分别对两者的自尊水平和适应能力进行数据比较。研究结果表明,持续性素质拓展训练对提升独立学院大一学生以自尊水平和适应能力为代表的心理素质具有显著的有效性。
This study attempts to select two classes of the same type in independent colleges as experimental subjects,and set up experimental group and control group.The experimental group is trained in continuous quality development for one academic year.The control group does not intervene in any way.The self-esteem level and adaptive ability of the two classes are compared before and after the experiment.The results show that continuous quality development training is effective in improving the psychological quality of Freshmen in independent colleges,represented by their self-esteem and adaptability.
