As a new force,Generation Z has become the main body of College students,and they have distinct characteristics.As the backbone of Ideological and political education for college students,in the face of the new era students with more and more distinct personality,we must grasp the characteristics of Z generation students,through continuous innovation of management methods,choose reasonable education mode,actively change working ideas,and do a good job in Ideological education.
