摘要
该文通过阐述教练技术是通过完善心智模式,发挥被教练者潜能,进而拓展思维、提升效率,解决问题。教练技术发展三十年来,被誉为当代最具革命性的管理方法,并受到了大量世界五百强企业的一致推崇。将教练技术引入创业指导教学工作,是引导大学生学习向内自我挖掘、向外发现更多可能,并提升大学生创新创业思维能力的新尝试。
This article elaborates that coaching technology is to develop the potential of the trainee by improving the mental model,and then expand thinking,improve efficiency and solve problems.The development of coaching technology in the past 30 years has been praised as the most revolutionary management method in the contemporary era,and has been unanimously praised by a large number of top 500 enterprises in the world.Introducing coaching technology into entrepreneurship guidance teaching is a new attempt to guide college students to learn to dig inward,find out more possibilities outward,and enhance their innovative and entrepreneurial thinking ability.
