摘要
在具有VUCA特征的信息时代中,学生对高职教育的需求将转变为:专业知识与技能运用为基础,全人教育为根本,创新创业为目标。该文从全人教育视角出发,将高职院校的创新创业教育分为三阶六段,并分别以培养逐步掌握成长型思维、行动学习法、设计思维、效果逻辑、精益创业的方法、Scrum项目管理流程的人作为各阶段的培养目标。
In the information age with the characteristics of VUCA,students’demand for higher vocational education will be transformed into:the application of professional knowledge and skills as the basis,the whole-person education as the foundation,and the innovation and entrepreneurship as the goal.From the perspective of whole-person education,this paper divides the innovative and entrepreneurial education in higher vocational colleges into three stages and six segments,respectively,in order to cultivate the methods of gradually mastering growth-oriented thinking,action-based learning,design thinking,effect logic,and lean entrepreneurship.Scrum project management process as the training objectives of each stage.
