双语教学提升学生专业认同度的实证研究——以南京邮电大学社会工作专业学生为例

An Empirical Study on Promoting Students' Professional Identity by Bilingual Teaching——Taking Social Work Major Students of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an Example

摘要 专业认同对学生的职业认同和职业发展有着重要作用,然而社会工作学生的专业认同不高。利用双语教学对南京邮电大学社会工作专业2012级、2013级和2014级三个年级共192名学生专业认同进行干预。学生在专业认同的"知""觉"方面得到了明显提高,而其中的"行"提高不是很明显。 Bilingual Teaching plays a key role in career identity and development.However,identities of Profession for the social work majors is at a very low level.A Bilingual Teaching of classical social work theories and methods for the 192 social work majors respectively in grades 2012,2013,2014 of Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications to improve their identities of the social work profession.The levels of social work identities are remarkably improved in aspects of basic values,knowledge methods and skills,while levels of competency and readiness to practice social work profession are not so markedly improved.
