摘要
在中小学实施的职业启蒙教育,帮助学生初步了解和认识社会职业,而且职业启蒙教育也引导了学生对未来职业进行思考。但是职业启蒙教育尚未在促进中小学基本职业认知形成和职业意向养成方面发挥出应有的作用。要将职业启蒙教育融入中小学教育中,促进中小学生养成基本的职业意向和职业兴趣,为其职业发展奠定基础,必须在借鉴英美日等国成功经验的基础上,并依据我国中小学生的身心发展规律和相关职业教育理论。
Vocational enlightenment education implemented in primary and secondary schools helps students to initially understand and understand social occupations,and vocational enlightenment education also guides students to think about their future careers.However,vocational enlightenment education has not yet played its due role in promoting the formation of basic vocational cognition and vocational intention in primary and secondary schools.In order to integrate vocational enlightenment education into primary and secondary school education,promote primary and secondary school students to develop basic career intention and interest,and lay a foundation for their career development,we must learn from the successful experience of Britain,America and Japan,and follow the law of physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students in China and relevant theories of vocational education.
