摘要
高校辅导员专业化是思想政治教育当代发展中的重大课题,它关系着提高大学生思想政治教育和思想政治教育队伍建设的实效,该文并运用自组织理论与实践相结合,提出在自主开放、竞争协同、追求价值三方面的发展策略。
The specialization of college counselors is an important subject in the contemporary development of Ideological and political education,which is related to the improvement of the actual effect of the ideological and political education and the construction of the ideological and political education team.This paper combines self-organization theory with practice,putting forward three development strategies,containing self-opening,competition and coordination,and value pursuit.
